Why should you take this course?

APIOps Cycles is an open method you can use for free, so...

Using the APIOps Cycles method requires many skills: product management, architecture, business development, and knowledge about APIs. It also requires an understanding of how change happens in an organization and how people collaborate and understand each other. The method itself helps with these issues, but you need to know how to use it.

This course is not about generic "APIOps" meaning DevOps for APIs. This course is about the APIOps Cycles method and best practices in using it to speed up API development and start API-first development.

Why APIOps Cycles was created?

In the video below the course instructor and the "mother" of the APIOps Cycles method, Marjukka Niinioja, shows how to begin working with one of the canvases and phases of APIOps Cycles when designing new APIs or improving existing.
